Personalised Learning Plan

According to a LinkedIn article Personalized learning plans (PLPs) are customized roadmaps that help employees achieve their learning goals, develop their skills, and advance their careers. PLPs can increase employee engagement, motivation, and performance by aligning learning with individual needs, interests, and aspirations. However, creating effective PLPs for each employee requires a systematic and collaborative approach. We partner with corporate employees to help them craft and implement meaningful PLPs. Our customised approach involves Skills and gaps assessment, defining learning objectives and outcomes, select learning resources and methods, creating a personalised and smart learning schedule and plan and providing guidance to ensure sustainable progress in the learning process
