I’m Julieta Timane — a Leadership Transitions Consultant, University Lecturer, and Creator & Host of the Authentic Career Transitions podcast. I’m also currently doing PhD research focused on leadership learning and development and mid-career changes in corporate environments.

My passion for this work comes from lived experience: returning to the workforce after a seven-year sabbatical in Asia and transitioning from the corporate world into academia. Since 2018, I’ve supported international clients through disruptive career changes, helping them navigate uncertainty, clarify their goals, and align their work with what matters most. I’m here to help you align with your values, make meaningful choices, and thrive through transitions.

Using a blend of consultancy and coaching grounded in HR expertise, I provide fully customized, practical, and results-driven support for navigating highly sensitive transitions, reorganizations, layoffs, unplanned exits, and expatriations. Due to the nature of this work and the high-stakes decisions involved, I support a limited number of clients each year to ensure depth and quality of engagement.
