Career Development Strategies is a one-on-one program for executives, managers and leaders within their current organisations. The process aims to help them navigate the different stages of the career development process in order to identify where they are at and how they can take specific actions to maximise their career and support their organisation achieving goals.

We will explore among other aspects 1) Identifying Career Needs – This process helps the employee to make decision concerning career goals and the steps to be taken to put efforts to accomplish these goals. Also 2) Developing Career Opportunities – This includes career path assessment, job analysis and discussions regarding individual progression. And 3) Evaluation and Integration of Employee Needs With Career Opportunities – Integrating Individual and Organisational Strategies in a sustainable and meaningful medium-term career achievement roadmap. This ensures employees are aligned with organisational goals while simultaneously feeling empowered about their overall career progression.
