Julieta Timane is a former corporate HR professional turned academic and a certified Career Transitions Coach. Since 2019, she has been supporting mid-career professionals in navigating career changes and finding more fulfilling paths.

Having lived and worked in countries such as Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore, Julieta brings a global perspective to her coaching and is deeply passionate about empowering professionals to take control of their career journeys.

The idea to create Achieve Career Targets—a lifelong, fully customised career management and advisory services business—was inspired by her direct experience with clients and a clear recognition of their recurring needs. Her vision is to empower more professionals to achieve their goals, build meaningful careers, and experience lasting career fulfilment.

We’re excited to share that Achieve Career Targets will soon welcome an incredible Co-Founder to help elevate our mission and expand our impact. With this new partnership, we’ll be able to support even more professionals on their career journeys.
