Julieta Timane Founder & Head of Career Services and university lecturer is a former corporate HR professional and certified Career Transitions Coach with over 20 years of international experience across multiple industries. Since 2019, she has supported mid-career leaders and managers in successfully navigating career transitions and organizational change.

With extensive global experience in markets such as Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore, Julieta Timane brings a broad perspective and deep understanding of the challenges corporate professionals face during career shifts.

Achieve Career Targets was founded to provide tailored, results-driven career management and advisory services, inspired by Julieta Timane’s  own experiences with multiple corporate reorganisations and her work with executives impacted by organizational restructuring. Our mission is clear: advancing career transitions to support corporate talent by empowering leaders and decision-makers to manage change effectively and build sustainable, fulfilling careers.

Julieta Timane is also a PhD candidate at Tilburg University, focusing her research on leadership development, adaptability, and learning within organizations. She delivers executive coaching, mentoring, and bespoke corporate talks on career transitions and leadership.
