Our Founder Julieta Timane is an accomplished university lecturer, certified career coach and trainer. Since 2018 she has impacted hundreds of expatriate and international professionals in career transition. She is driven to empower professionals to maximise their careers specially while pursuing challenging goals, navigating company reorganisations, unplanned exits and unclear career transitions. She was inspired to launch the business and to focus particularly on professionals and businesses in transition, after experiencing first-hand several disruptive reorganisations, changing career sector and re-entering the workforce after a six year expatriate career break in Asia.
Julieta has more than 20 years of international experience mainly in corporate human resource management roles. She has lived, worked, and studied in several countries including Italy, the UK, Switzerland, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore, and she thrives in diverse multi-ethnic and multicultural environments. Julieta has worked with a variety of companies including (IMPACT Group LLC, Career Foundry) to provide career coaching to expatriate professionals. Julieta is driven to lecture, train and coach clients on human resources, personal leadership and professional development, and the pursuit of meaningful and fulfilling careers. She also delivers inspirational talks to corporate audiences on how to successfully navigate company reorganisations, career ownership and fulfilment.
