Customised intensive one-on-one intensive career evaluation sessions. These sessions provide senior employees with the opportunity to reflect wholistically about their careers, consider long term opportunities and align personal goals and ambition with company strategy. ”Reflection can help keep you assess whether your efforts have been effective in getting you to your goals.
